I was so proud that I stuck with my 2015 New Year’s resolution: I sent over 50 birthday cards! I am going to continue sending cards this year, and thought I’d share the birthday calendar printable I use to keep track of family and friends birthdays.
Each month, I sit down and fill out the cards for that month. Having a master list of everyone’s birthdays makes it so easy to keep track. Simply sending a quick note and wishing someone a happy birthday goes such a long way in making them feel special.
I love handwritten notes, and try to send as many as possible. I got a calligraphy kit for Christmas, and hope I can use these birthday cards as a way to practice my pretty handwriting as well!

Good job in keeping up with your goal, I bet it wasn’t easy. Great printable too! You’ve inspired me to put more effort into acknowledging birthdays, even if I won’t be sending out too many cards a little acknowledgement goes a long way, and I’m someone who doesn’t tend to pay too much attention to birthdays outside of the group of people I see all the time.

I am terrible at sending cards but I think that we have all been influenced by technology. It is like we have all forgotten how to communicate.

I haven’t received a card in years for my birthday and this year my grandmother in law sent one and it brought a big smile to my face because I miss getting an actual card these days.

I love this! I just found my old birthday book where I kept track of everyone’s birthday and pre loaded with actual birthday cards for that month’s birthdays. Seems FB has taken the place of paper cards.

I used to do this years ago, and it makes me sad that I no longer have this habit. Maybe I should start again!
