One of my best friend had a birthday this week! Let’s just say she turned 21… again! I was really happy to get to spend a couple hours hanging out with some friends this week. It’s so much harder to see friends now that i’m out of school. Everyone is busy and has their own schedules and a lot of friends have moved on to new locations. So it’s a real treat when we get to see each other, even if everyone isn’t there.
This week i’ve been reminded how special some of my friends are and how lucky I am that I joined Alpha Delta Pi! I’m so thankful for the 4 years I spent with such awesome people and for the 2 years I got to live in the sorority house! I’ve really been missing being around my friends all the time. Living at ADPi will be one of my favorite memories of college. It’s been said time and time again but college really is 4 of the best years of your life! (or 5 and 6 for some people… lucky!) I really hope all the younger girls realize that now and don’t take a second of it for granted!
