One of the biggest hassles after moving was getting our address updated everywhere. We have been in the new house for over 2 months and I’m still coming across places I have to update our mailing address. Every time I find another place, (the most recent being the pharmacy!) I found myself thinking I wish I had a list of all these places so I could have updated them it all at one time! Lucky for you, I made that list! I excluded the most obvious places like utility companies (that one is pretty obvious that they will have your new address), but several of these I didn’t think about until I needed to check out or something. One of the most important was Barkley’s microchip. I’m very nervous now that we have a backyard that Barkley will somehow get out and get lost. Seeing as how he can’t leave my side for longer than 5 seconds usually, that should’t be a problem. But having his microchip updated definitely gives me piece of mind!
